**Job Description Summary**:
Who We Are
Job Responsibilities
- Works with supply chain associates in Greater Asia to gather the business requirements and identify supply chain improvement opportunities
- Maps current supply chain processes and design and develop the future processes
- Implement changes to the supply chain processes and systems across the region that will improve supply chain capability and performance
- Provides guidance and training to improve supply chain associates’ skills set to deliver outstanding service and results to internal and external customers
Our Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Engineering
- 4 - 7 years of project management experience in supply chain, logistics, warehousing, transportation or IT related supply chain projects.
- Good project management skills/experience is the key for this role.
- Strong understanding in at least one of the following process areas is desired - order fulfilment, demand planning and/or supply planning
- Good business process mapping skills with continuous improvement experience is highly desired
- Can think logically with strong problem-solving skills and a “can-do” attitude
- Good communications and presentation skills
- Independent & mature working style
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience in SAP is preferred
