**Responsibilities**
- Develop a schedule program for commencement and completion of all architectural works to tie in with master schedule.
- Coordinate monitor and control Architectural subcontractor’s progress and quality of work.
- Ability to understand specifications, drawings, scope as well as sequence of work.
- Liaise with consultants to resolve technical and detailing issues for architectural work
- Delegating work to general workers and ensure it is in compliance with company and authority standards

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 2 years of experience towards private residential landed housing in Main Con **or **Singapore local building
- Ability to interpret construction drawings for any discrepancies.

**Salary**

$3,000 to $4,000
