Job Description

Lead Management & Qualification:- Manage live chats such as WhatsApp and Telegram- Qualify incoming leads based on predefined criteria and distribute qualified leads to the leasing team- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth lead processing and follow-ups

Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Collect, organize and update enquiry data across digital platforms for monthly analysis- Support the creation of reports and summaries on lead performance and trends

Broadcasting eDMs:
- Prepare and broadcast eDM campaigns and vacancy listings to update agents on space availability, property updates, and to sustain their interest in our portfolio workspaces- Update WhatsApp broadcast groups to improve database accuracy and quality

Marketing and Administrative Support:
- Provide marketing and administrative assistance to the marketing team as needed

Requirements
- Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Preferably with 2 - 3 years’ working experience in a similar capacity
- Creative, resourceful, and good interpersonal skills
- Good written and verbal communications skills
- Fast and independent with strong organizational skills, able to meet tight deadlines
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a team-oriented environment
