**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Ad Development and Copy**
- Research and conceptualise, develop, and execute copywriting of online ads and content, marketing collaterals, and SEO articles where required.
- Identify and plan keywords for SEO/SEM campaigns and Google Display Network ads.
- Work closely with content creators and communities and form partnerships to expand the existing database.

**Ad Management**
- Support creative conceptualisation and media planning, including tactical campaigns and launch campaigns and social media management for all areas.
- Develop marketing strategies and marketing tools and media planning in-line with sales tactical offerings and sales objectives.
- Coordinate promotional and advertising activities, implement marketing and communication plans for the company.
- Provide on-going review of media companies where the company can advertise in.
- Maintain and track campaign budget.
- Manage campaigns on assigned social media platforms

**Ad Optimisation & Tracking**
- Optimize online advertisements to drive consumer engagement and conversions.
- Manage and maintain the company’s website and social media platforms.
- Leverage social media tools to publish digital content, monitor conversations, promote engagement and reply to inbox messages.
- Prepare monthly reports on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and review them against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Track and monitor campaign or event results and outcome and provide analysis and recommendation of new media alternatives in keeping with the market trends.
- Oversee advertising maintenance and update the website regularly.
- Maintain and track campaign budget

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Possesses at least a Diploma or Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, strong desire to deliver results.
- Excellent communication, presentation & written skills.
- Good interpersonal skills & a team-player.
- Independent, self-disciplined, resourceful, positive disposition and responsible.
- Creative and innovative.
- Knowledge in digital marketing and content writing will be an added advantage.

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,200.00 per month
