We are looking for a Media Management Associate to be part of our exciting Performance Marketing team. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing media management strategies to effectively promote our clients' brands and products across various digital platforms. Your role will involve planning, executing, and optimising media campaigns while ensuring maximum reach and engagement.
DESIGNATION : Meet Isaac - Media Management Associate (Philippines)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Passionate and enthusiastic self-starter, actively seeking guidance when needed and demonstrating independent research skills.
- Methodical with attention to detail, following instructions accurately for accurate implementation of campaign elements and supporting performance tracking. Adaptable to adjust and execute strategies as directed.
- Team player with an appreciation for an international and dynamic work environment and adept at building relationships with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Being proactive and staying current with the media buying features on all platforms and channels.
- Passion for technology that makes teams more effective and efficient.
- Genuine interest in agile workflow practices and using data and tech to enhance media planning, idea generation and sharing.
**Expected training includes**:
- Fundamental knowledge of various digital advertising platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Familiarity with media planning tools and analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Insights).
- Analytical skills to interpret campaign data and derive actionable insights and make optimisation recommendations.
- Effective communication and presentation skills for client and internal team interactions.
- Understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing principles, programmatic advertising and audience targeting.
- Proficiency in using media management software and tools.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Media Strategy and Planning**
- Develop media strategies aligned with clients' objectives and target audience.
- Support research and analysis to identify appropriate digital media channels.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define media goals and budget allocations.
- Support comprehensive media planning to outline campaign objectives, timelines, and tactics.
- **Campaign Execution and Optimisation**
- Coordinate the implementation of media campaigns across different platforms (e.g. social media, search engines, display networks).
- Set up and manage advertising accounts on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance using relevant analytics tools.
- Optimise campaigns based on performance metrics, audience insights, and industry trends.
- Conduct A/B testing and provide recommendations for improving campaign effectiveness.
- **Content Development and Coordination**
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging and compelling ad copies and visuals.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all media channels.
- Coordinate with content creators to align media assets with campaign objectives.
- Identify opportunities for content partnerships or collaborations to improve performance.
- **Budget Management and Reporting**:
- Track media spend and ensure adherence to allocated budgets.
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance, including key metrics, trends, and recommendations.
- Provide insights and recommendations to clients based on campaign results.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new media opportunities to drive innovation.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 1 year in media management, preferably in a digital marketing agency setting.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fresh Graduates with relevant experience are welcome to apply
