**Job description** About the job**

You will work closely with the Customer Relations team and the Home Furnishing Business to create a positive customer experience. You do this by providing professional knowledge sharing with the IKEA Services Furniture Assemblers and Kitchen Installers enabling a seamless development on measurement, assembly and installation services.

**Your assignment**
- Provide efficient solutions to customer’s assembly, installation & delivery concerns.
- Understand Department service’s action plan and support the goals and targets given by my manager to ensure the effective execution of our action plan;
- Support the Furniture Assembly & Kitchen Installation Team to resolve customer disputes and secure resolution.
- Follow up on all customers’ issue and ensure satisfactory resolutions.
- Have the knowledge, confidence and desire to resolve customer complaints. Deal positively and quickly with any issues arises.
- Emotional resilience and ability to handle conflict when dealing with angry and difficult customers
- Ability to take initiatives and make decisions
- Develop a strong knowledge of the delivery and assembly facilities and provide/promote to customer
- Propose advice and/or solution to any product assembly & installation problems both in store and at customer place.
- Monitor competition and identify IKEA services and the competitors’ service strength and weaknesses to the department.
- Develop and maintain a good co-operation and working relationship with Sales and Customer Contact Centres.

**Qualification** Your profile**
- Experience of working in high volume and fast paced retail environment.
- Possess good visual competence with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to details.
- Good communication skills, service-oriented, fluent in English with customers.
- Have a positive attitude in work and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to compute and analysis reports
- A team player to help and support colleagues when needed.
- Good ability to explain ideas and solutions to customers and ability to resolve conflict & operational issues.
- Ability to prioritise and organise own work in order to make the most efficient use of time available and meet agreed deadlines.
