JOB SUMMARY

Core Responsibilities
- Work with business stakeholders and PTG teams to document existing data models, workflows, and processes.
- Develop and implement automated data quality controls and governance models to ensure data integrity
- Gather and compile data, maintain data integrity by eliminating or reducing redundancy, improve data quality and availability of the data for all existing and new product releases in source systems like Salesforce, SAP, NetSuite, Licensing and PLM systems
- Understand, interpret, and analyze data and implement business rules for programmatic data validation around B2B/B2C subscription data models
- Verify and validate data models, processes, and workflows to reconcile information within the data to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Perform daily monitoring and delve into data to discover discrepancies, patterns, and inconsistencies, and develop execution plan to improve data quality
- Maintain data, process and system documentation and updates as changes occur in the data model
- Technical writing experience in relevant areas, including queries, reports, and presentations
- Analyze validation test data to determine whether systems or processes have met validation criteria or to identify root causes of production problems
- Develop validation master plans, process flow diagrams, test cases, or standard operating procedures

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Accounting, or related disciplines
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in data validation and quality
- Ability to design workflows: breakdown high level actions into concrete tasks, identify dependencies, decision points, opportunities for streamlining, etc.
- Strong Experience in analyzing Data Models for transactional and analytical systems. Ability to develop and maintain source to target mapping for large data integration projects
- Good understanding of all aspects of Enterprise Data Management such as Data Governance & Stewardship, Data Quality & Profiling, Data Lineage, Data Architecture, MDM & Data Integration
- Good communication skills, attention to detail combined with the ability to synthetize for high level communication.
