**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Engagement**:Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- **Market Research**:Provide clients with market insights, salary benchmarks, and hiring trends to support informed decision-making.
- **Offer Negotiation**:Assist in structuring offers and negotiating terms to ensure successful placements.
- **Business Development**:Expand Cana Consulting's client base through strategic outreach and relationship building.

**Key Requirements**:

- Degree in Business Management or Law.
- Some experience in recruitment, preferably in legal and/or governance recruitment.
- Legal trainees are welcome to apply
- Driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment with a competitive spirit.
- Ability to work in a fluid, start-up environment with resilience to handle ups and downs in recruitment.
