We are looking for a highly organized and efficient **Salon Supervisor** to support the smooth day-to-day running of our salon. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, has strong administrative and customer service skills, and is keen to work in a creative, beauty-focused environment.
You will be responsible for managing bookings, handling client communications, supporting the salon director, and helping maintain the structure and efficiency of salon operations. Interest or experience in social media is a plus.
**Key Responsibilities**:Administrative & Operational Support**
- Coordinate appointment scheduling using salon software, WhatsApp, and social platforms.
- Manage confirmations, reschedules, and reminders to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records for bookings, payments, and client preferences.
- Oversee staff schedules and shift coordination in line with business needs.
- Assist the salon director with operational and clerical tasks including billing, supplier coordination, and inventory tracking.
**Front Desk & Client Interaction**
- Greet clients with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Ensure client comfort (offer refreshments, maintain waiting area, etc.).
- Handle inquiries across phone, WhatsApp, and social media promptly.
- Resolve minor client issues or escalate when necessary.
**Social Media & Content Assistance (Optional/Preferred)**
- Support content creation and posting on social platforms if interested.
- Help capture in-salon moments (photos/videos) for promotional use.
- Track basic social media engagement metrics (likes, reach, comments).
**Qualifications**:
- Prior experience in a salon, spa, front desk, or administrative setting (preferred).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Clear, professional communication both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and booking systems.
- Friendly, service-oriented, and able to handle busy environments.
- Interest or basic experience in content creation and social media is advantageous.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
