**Your Role**:
As a Sales and Event Coordinator, you will be the linchpin in our client-focused initiatives. Your role will involve orchestrating high-profile events and supporting sales activities that drive client satisfaction and business growth. Your ability to maintain confidentiality and deliver exceptional service will be key in supporting our financial advisory team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Assistance**: Provide crucial support to our sales team by managing client communications, scheduling appointments, and preparing presentation materials.
- **Confidential Client Handling**: Interact with clients with a high level of discretion and professionalism. Ensure that all client interactions and information are handled with confidentiality.
- **Administrative Support**: Oversee event budgets, prepare detailed reports, and manage various administrative functions related to sales and event planning.
- **Event Management**: Design, plan, and execute exclusive events and seminars for our clients, ensuring every detail aligns with our high standards when required.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with our financial advisors to align event goals with client expectations and provide valuable feedback to enhance our client engagement strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: No experience required
- **Skills**: Strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage confidential information with integrity.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- **Attributes**: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: $2,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
