**Job Brief**

We are looking for a Client Engineer to help build out, maintain and troubleshoot our rapidly expanding infrastructure. You will be part of a talented team of engineers that demonstrate superb technical competency, delivering mission critical infrastructure and ensuring the highest levels of availability, performance and security.

**Required**

have background in IT, computer systems engineering or systems engineering and analysis.

**Responsibilities**
- Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
- Maintaining of customer infrastructure & networks
- Troubleshooting issues and providing solutions for the customers
- Maintaining security of customer infrastructure (e.g firewall, Active Directory End point security)
- Maintaining and checking customer backup and troubleshooting in case of issues.
- Configuring notification and alerts if require to manage the infrastructure.
- Able to handle customer projects and communications.
- Highly self-motivated and directed, able to work well under pressure, manage and prioritize multiple initiatives concurrently, attend to details, and meet deadlines.
