Created by a team of senior / staff engineers from big tech, our mission is to help front end engineers worldwide to improve their front end skills, get in touch with the latest innovations in the front end ecosystem and socialize with like-minded others.

Our first product of many - the GreatFrontEnd Interview platform - is already the leading platform engineers use globally to prepare for their front end interviews and clinch their dream jobs. As an early member of our team, you will have a rare opportunity to grow the product from the ground up with the founding team.

**What you'll do**

This is a paid, fully remote, freelancer role open to international applicants.

We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team, focusing on designing a variety of tech swag including shirts, mugs, phone cases, and more.

**Responsibilities**
- Design and create compelling, cohesive designs for a variety of tech swag, including but not limited to Apparel, Drinkware, Phone cases, Accessories
- Collaborate with the merchandising team to understand design requirements and translate them into high quality visual designs that resonate with our target audience
- Demonstrate sensitivity to apparel sizing and scaling of designs to ensure optimal presentation and fit across a range of sizes and merchandise types.
- Work closely with production teams to ensure designs are feasible for manufacturing and meet quality standards.
- Select and recommend materials and printing techniques to achieve the best product outcome.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in design and tech merchandise, incorporating innovative ideas into design projects.

**Hard qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
- **Proven graphic designing experience with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of merchandise designs, including knowledge of print design and production.**:

- **Experience with 3D modeling software and mockup tools to create realistic previews of merchandise designs.**:

- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction, typography, and color theory.

**Soft skills**
- Ability to think creatively and justify concepts to clients and team members.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Strong communication, time-management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of the latest trends in pop culture, technology, and social media to create designs that appeal to a tech-savvy audience.
