Singapore TCCT CULINARY CONCEPTS PTE. LTD. Full time

This position reports to the General Manager, and interfaces with various stakeholders of the business. The management trainee role provides the best opportunity for fresh graduates to undergo cross-functional rotations to gain optimum exposure to different facets of the business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain outlet’s cleanliness
- In charge of outlet’s daily opening and closing
- Deliver good customer service (In store, phone, and other correspondence)
- Understand restaurant menu and product knowledge, upsell company’s product
- Share the responsibility in guaranting the hygiene, safety and the service quality
- Placing food and beverages order, ensure the orders to be deliver within said timeframe
- Responsible for the cashier counter
- Prepare various coffee drinks and light snacks
- Inventory management

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 months of working experience in F&B industry preferred

**Details**:

- Working hours : Retail working hours (6 days a week)
- Location : Will be required to move between outlets
- Training will be provided
