Ncg Agent

Reporting to Transportation Manager, the incumbent will be providing air uplift and/or domestic trucking/shuttle infrastructure, which supports local and network service objectives and standards. The incumbent would need to upkeep daily maintenance of flight bookings and space allocation.

**Responsibilities**

Provide accurate, analytic performance and incident report to enhance quality and performance.

Carry out list of Network Control Group Must-Do’s.

Be proactive and provide immediate respond to stakeholder’s request.

Provide timely and accurate linehaul information to the Operations team that reflect our strategies and sales tools

Book Airline space on the appropriate flight with the most advantageous linehaul rate.

Represent DHL as the communication channel for airline issue and build up good relationship with stakeholders.

Communicate flight schedule and space allocation to specific customers requirement when required.

Activate contingency plan when required.

Participate in HUB/ Function's project initiatives to drive continuous improvements and efficiencies.

**Requirement**

Diploma (or equivalent) - preferably in Logistics

MUST be able to work shifts

2 years operations experience, preferably within airline, transportation or logistics industry

Good organizational skills, including ability to prioritize workload

Good verbal and written English communication skills
