Monitoring Associate

**GCE/ ITE/Diploma.**

**Proficient in MS Office.**

**12 HRS SHIFT: 8 o'clock to 8 o'clock**
**Worked 2 night + 2 day + 2 off (including weekend) based on duty roster schedule.**
**Basic pay + shift allowance + full-time staff benefits.**

**JOB-SCOPE;**

Handle all inbound calls routed into customer service hotline to resolve product issues and billing matters.

Raise waivers or credit notes for customer dispute cases when necessary.
Any other ad hoc administrative duties

**Salary**: $2,100.00 - $2,300.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Holidays
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Attendance bonus

**Education**:

- GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer Service Support: 1 year (preferred)
