Deputy Head of Trading

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Assist to manage jet fuel supply & trading, aviation marketing and oil trading daily business, strictly control risks, and carry out trading activities in accordance with the company's internal control and compliance requirements to ensure that no risks and violations occur;
- Focusing on the company's annual budget and KPIs, assist to formulate business plans and performance targets for jet fuel and oil products trading to achieve the company's annual trading volume, revenue and profit budgets；
- Assist to build an international and market-oriented trading structure, management system and business process (including reviewing physical and paper trading strategies, and revising annual trading limits and hedging strategies);
- Assist to establish and improve the company's global jet fuel supply network （including SAF）, consolidate and optimize global jet fuel resources, guide and coordinate the jet fuel trading of subsidiaries to maximize maximize the benefits of jet fuel arbitrage trading at company’s overall level;
- Actively develop new markets and products for international trading, assist to lead and organize relevant departments to carry out risk pre-assessment and feasibility studies on the products to be entered into the markets or trades, enrich the company's purchase and sales channels; continuously improve business models to achieve relevant strategies, economic and social benefits ;
- Maintain good business relationships with customers, suppliers, affiliates and relevant partners.
**Requirements**:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in economics, business administration or equivalent;
- Min. 6 years of relevant work experience in oil trading and trading management;
- Have a good understanding of oil market and trading, risk management, trading operations and related business development;
- Excellent client communication skills, client management capabilities, developing strategic thinking and department management skills;
- Good organisational, time management skills and stress tolerance with proven ability to manage multiple priorities;
- Effectively bilingual in both English and Mandarin (as the position needs to frequently communicate with English/Chinese speaking associates verbally/ in writing whenever appropriate).
