Reporting to the Manager, IT. We are looking for an experience IT professional to join the team.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Provide level 1 support to end-user desktop hardware and software trouble-shooting
- Manage and monitor desktop computer devices, network components, security and other aspects of the organization infrastructure
- Responsible for the system backup management to ensure all daily backup jobs are being monitored
- Work with IT vendors to resolve issue.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/ Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Studies or related field
- At least 2 years’ work experience in IT desktop and network support role.
- Experience in administering and supporting across a variety of network products (Sophos, FortiGate) and security products including router, switches, firewall, Wireless AP(Fortinet, Sophos) information security and virus protections.
- Experience in supporting End User Technology.
- Strong team player with good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge and experience in administering and supporting cloud setup.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: $3,400.00 - $4,300.00 per month
