**Your role**
- Are you constantly on the lookout for market investment opportunities? Are you passionate about managing money on behalf of clients, and enjoy discussing market outlook and portfolio performance with them? We are looking for someone like you to help us:
- manage fixed income discretionary portfolios within the given investment and regulatory guidelines
- conduct macro and credit research and coverage by closely liaising with CIO Research colleagues globally
- construction and management of single bond modules
- collaborate with central dealing team for best execution of trades

**Your team**
- You’ll be working are part of the Global Investment Management ("Global IM") team in APAC. The Global IM team is the product manager responsible for all mandate solutions within UBS.
- You will be part of the Global IM Asia Fixed Income Investment Committee. Our team is mainly responsible for the management and performance of single bond portfolios. Our portfolio managers also participate in account reviews with, as well as pitches to ultra-high net worth clients.

**Your expertise**
- a university degree, with credentials in finance &/or economics (CFA, MBA, or similar)
- at least 7-10 years' experience in Asian Fixed Income portfolio management and/or credit research
- knowledge of Developed markets or SGD bond markets will be an advantage
- strong excel and power point skills. Ability to handle macros, VBA will be an advantage
- good working knowledge of Bloomberg
- a strong team player who takes initiative
- a concise and precise worker
- comfortable working independently, as well as in a collaborative environment
- a client-focused, results-oriented team player with highest standards of ethical and professional behavior
- a great communicator, you know how to speak with people at all levels
- keen to take initiative with solution-oriented thinking that facilitates business decisions
- adaptable and prepared to take on different roles where the team and business requires it
