Singapore BACHA COFFEE PTE. LTD. Full time

Coordinate order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders
- Coordinate with courier companies regarding customer’s consignments
- To carry out daily fulfilment (packing) process according to Bacha Coffee quality standards ie, Picking, packing and quality checking of products; Ensuring accuracy of orders picked and packed into sachets and boxes; Gift Wrapping & Preparation and Fixing of Labels
- Maintain high quality control standards of daily operations required by the fulfilment team;
- Assist the e-commerce team in all stock taking operations conducted
- Perform cleaning of general areas within the operations area and maintain cleanliness of personal work stations daily before work ends
- Perform any ad hoc roles as and when required to ensure the smooth running of the e-commerce operations accordingly
- Assist the Corporate Communications team on any ad-hoc orders when required
- Ensure availability during non-office hours during peak sales periods to assist when required with mega campaign order processing and customer service

**Working Location**:Near to Tai Seng MRT Station

**Working Hours**:Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm; Sat, 9am to 1pm (5.5-day work week)
