Responsible for prepare and look-ahead work plans with different level details for the works carried out.

Must have a fairly good knowledge & understanding of various process equipment.

Good communication skills, both orally and written are essential for this role.

Incumbent must be a good team player and able to coordinate with all the work parties in the job activities e.g. Insulation and Electrical & Instrumentation etc.

Must be able to work with computers utlilizing Microsoft Windows and Office suite of packages and preferably have basic knowledge and experience with SAO-PM, CMS and Microsoft Project.

Have knowledge preferably on Primavera P6 planning software packages. Must have experience with resource loading and scheduling to produce progress status reports.

Must be able to identify and request for the appropriate materials and equipments for jobs.

Must be able to identify and request for the appropriate supports services required during the execution of the work.

Must be able to prepare a detailed work packs and plans for a small to medium shutdowns.

Participate in Productivity Improvement studies and responsible for implementaton of these improvements.

Able to minimise waste and good knowledge and skills of resource planning.

Minimum 3 years' experience in engineering work in the Petrochemical or oil/gas industry, of which at least 2 years of Planner/ Scheduler / Coordinator work and exposure.
