We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to fill the position of Delivery Driver at our esteemed logistics company. As a Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and timely delivery of items to our valued clients and businesses across Singapore.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Loading, Transporting, and Delivering Items:Safely load items onto the delivery vehicle, ensuring secure transportation.
Deliver packages, parcels, and goods to clients or businesses promptly and efficiently.
Handle items with care to prevent damage during transit.
- Exceptional Customer Service:Provide excellent customer service to our clients, ensuring a positive and friendly experience.
Address client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
Handle any complaints or issues that may arise during the delivery process, resolving them effectively.
- Adherence to Routes and Time Schedules:Follow assigned delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
Adhere to time schedules, meeting delivery deadlines as per company standards.
- Cargo Clearance and Documentation:Experience in clearing cargo from airport cargo terminals and Keppel District Park.
Ability to read and understand shipping documents such as AWB/BL and permits.
- Singapore Route Knowledge:Proficient in navigating and familiar with the roads and routes across Singapore.
- Clean Traffic Records:Maintain a clean driving record with no history of major traffic violations.
- Possess Class 4 License
- Physical Fitness:Be physically fit and capable of handling the demands of the delivery job, which may involve lifting and moving heavy packages.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or similar role.
- Ability to communicate in basic English to understand delivery orders and necessary documentation.
- Punctual and dependable with excellent time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on safety and security during deliveries.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Familiarity with shipping documents and cargo clearance processes.
- Knowledge of Singapore roads, routes, and traffic regulations.
- Valid Class 4 driver's license with a clean driving record.
