**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure excellent customer service is always provided.
- Meet and exceed management set sales targets.
- To "Go the extra mile" to drive sales.
- Solicit & understand customer feedback to understand their needs & the needs of the local community.
- Be willing to consistently complement and update knowledge about company products and technology.
- Build productive and trusting relationships with Clients.
- Continuously build product knowledge and keep up to date with new product developments.
- Actively seek out Clients in store.
- To cross-sell products.
- To be knowledgeable and aware of market trends and competitors.
- Ensure the interior and exterior of the store are kept to company standards.
- Educate or assist customers on set up and carry out occasional installations.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of retail sales experience.
- Proactive, positive attitudes and passion for developing a career in the retail industry.
- Proven track record working as Retail Sales Associate and in a customer-facing sales environment.
- Good team player, energetic, and highly motivated.
- Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to adapt to immediate or unforeseen challenges.
- Interest and experience in Audio Industry and music is an advantage.

**Other Information**:

- Well established French Audio Technology MNC
- Basic Salary Up to $2,800
- Entitle to monthly incentives of $750 to $850 upon meeting KPI
- 5 Days Work Week
- Working Location: Marina Bay Sands
