We are a off-shore logistics firm based in Singapore, and we are looking for an accounts clerk/staff who has strong skills in accounting to join our growing organization. In this position, you will be tasked to support the director and our team to engage in accountant roles such as Profit Loss checking, HR, Book keeping, Payments, openning receipts, Credit/Debit notes and so forth.

Start date: Immediate

Job Description:
We are looking for someone dynamic to take on accounting role in our fast growing organization. The job requires to be meticulous, detailed and organised; Passionate with numbers and can work as a team player to meet reporting deadlines.

Job duties:
Perform day-to-day processing and accounting of the company and its subsidiary

Ensure that all invoices are accurately posted into accounting system and are supported by the required documents and approvals

Ensure payments are processed and posted into accounting system in a timely and accurate manner

Ensure compliance, accuracy and consistency of works done.

Update all incoming and outgoing payments payments

Record cash receipt from cash sale

Create Debit/Credit notes when required

Prepare Profit/Loss statements

Check Invoices/Packing lists and accounts

Prepare reports when required

Qualification and skills:
Aaccounting education Required

Experience with QuickBook/Xero/MYOB.. and so forth

Excellent with numbers

Familiar with Microsoft office and Google docs
