**Who are we looking for**

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our Product Growth team. You should have a solid experience in full stack development with a track record in a tech start up.

**Here's how you'll be contributing**:

- Responsible for the development of a scalable and reliable product in collaboration with our global cross-functional teams.
- Create and execute A/B tests to improve user acquisition, onboarding, retention, referral
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use and participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality, security, and adherence to best practices.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges and performance bottlenecks.
- Engage with the relevant stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that the software solutions align with business goals.

**Our technologies**:
We are building a high performance microservice based product, with tarantool and timescaledb as a database at its core. Languages that we are using: Go, Lua, React-Native.

**What we are building**:

- We are building a low-latency decentralized futures exchange
- There are requirements for scalability, speed and uptime
- We are working with A LOT of data

**Requirements**:

- First principles thinking
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field with at least 3 years’ of relevant experience as a Full-Stack Developer
- Strong proficiency in frontend frameworks such as Javascript, React etc.
- Proficient with Go/Golang
- Preferably with related work experiences in growth led product teams in a similar role.
