**Responsibilities**:

- Managing of out-sourced contractors / vendors.
- Understand Facilities or M&E equipment's operations and maintenance.
- Able to read and understand Electrical/Mechanical drawings.
- Able to hands on.
- Conduct trouble shooting of ACMV equipments and or Electrical components.
- Diagnose problems and provide contigent plan.
- Update maintenance record.
- Oversee equipment maintenance to ensure performance consistency according to process specification.
- Ensure preventive maintenance programs are implemented and strive for high uptime and reduce repair time.
- Carry out facilities operations and oversee maintenance work.
- Plan routine check on M & E equipment.
- Manage tools and spares.
- Liaise with contractors or vendors in terms of job installation, servicing and repair work.
- Ensure daily tasks are carried out as planned.
- Ensure timely execution of preventive maintenance schedule.
- Prepare SOP & EOP for equipment and provide training to peers.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned by superiors from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant qualifications in Engineering or Mechanical Engineering are preferred.
- Ideally with 3-5 years experience in relevant field
- Have an understanding of construction, commissioning and operation of mission critical systems.
- Experience with project management works within a data centre.
- Experience in maintaining critical facilities such as Switchboards, Cracs, FCUs, Chillers, Ventillation fans, etc.
- Ability to work independently and hands-on.
