**Responsibilities**:

- Review, plan and manage Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) activities
- Collaborate with product and process experts (R&D, Project Marketing, Global Ops, IT, and external consultants) in order to identify, develop, test and deploy new solutions
- Provide user support for PLM related questions and issues
- Create and update user instructions and reference information in PLM Wiki
- Prepare and create content for online training courses
- Support and prepare PLM hands-on training courses
- Create and maintain KPI reporting

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum a BS in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
- At least 5 years of experience with high tech equipment design and/or manufacturing with high mix / low volume
- At least 5 years of experience with SAP in an engineering or manufacturing environment (Master Data, Planning, Supply Chain, PLM)
- Ability to evaluate and quickly learn new tools, software and processes
- Methodological approach with good understanding of business processes
- Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills with cross-functional teams
