Finance Executive, Accounts Receivable

The incumbent would be required to managean Accounts Receivable (AR) - Admin Support Team and be involved in the fullspectrum of administrative support for the team, including but not limited to:

- Oversee the Admin Support team to ensure timely submissions
- Manage and act as the main point of contact for an institution on AR matters
- Establish and maintain good working relationship with Business office/ Finance team
- Preparation of monthly/year-end financial and management reports
- Attend AR Review meetings with respective CFO/BO heads for Self-Paying and Corporate customers for AR related matters including AR reviews
- Provide onboarding to new hires including coaching and guiding on the usage of existing system
- Any other duties as assigned

**Job Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Accountancy / Business Studies or equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience, with 1 year experience in a supervisory position
- Possess good communication skills and good command of the English language to communicate with stakeholders of all levels
- Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
- Outgoing personality that enjoys working with people
- Meticulous, analytical and have a positive work attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including vlookup and pivot table
- React effectively and calmly in emergency situations.
