Clinic Executive

**Salary Up to $4000 per month**:

- **Work Location: Novena**:

- **5-day work week (8:30am - 6:00pm)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the smooth functioning and operation of the clinics
- Oversees clinic appointments, overall staff deployment and resource allocation
- Ensures guidelines and procedures related to clinic services are adhered to by all relevant personnel
- Handles PR cases at first line and assists staff in dealing with difficult situations
- Maintain discipline in compliance with policies
- Ensures timely submission of monthly reports and accuracy of clinical indicators

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in clinic or healthcare setting
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
