**The Job**:
You will be supporting the Finance team in CapitaLand China Trust Management Limited (CLCTML) and report to Senior Manager, Finance in CLCTML.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with day-to-day treasury and accounting related matters, including but not limited to, updating of treasury and accounting schedules, cashflow planning, sending payment requests for approval, settlement of treasury related payments, setting up vendor accounts in the accounting system and etc
- Administration of bank accounts which includes signatories update, new bank accounts opening, accounts closure and etc
- Prepare and analyse the monthly management report, bank reconciliation, mark-to-market report, monthly reports submission to trustee and corporate
- Prepare and ensure documents are in order before providing instruction to Trustee
- Assist in the distribution statement and payments, tax filing and financial indicators of the REIT
- Assist in the preparation of the quarterly regulated SGX announcement
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly board meeting materials, including board paper, PowerPoint slides and detailed analysis for senior management
- Work closely with the other Finance counterparts including Finance Shared Services in Singapore and China, as well as external parties such as trustee and banks
- Support any other ad-hoc projects

**Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma in Accountancy, Finance or related
- Basic accounting knowledge and with SAP experience
- Preferably with experience working in a REIT environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Bilingual in both English and Mandarin to liaise with China counterparts and read Chinese documents
- Keen learner with positive attitude
- Self-driven and able to work independently under tight schedules
- Good team player and has strong interpersonal skills
