**Job description** About the job**

IKEA Jurong is a unique city centre store in a popular shopping mall. It is a smaller store with a big turnover and 3 milion visitors. It will be lead by an ambitious team consisting of the Store, Commercial, Operations, IKEA Food and a Retail Foundation Manager.

In your role as Floor Manager, you will lead the following functions-Sales and Customer Relations through a multi skilled frontline team. You will also develop and maximise sales opportunities through knowledge of the IKEA range, life at home, the local market competition in all sales channels and the customer’s ever changing shopping behaviour

**Your assignment**
- Secure commercial opportunities and priorities in a multichannel environment through sales steering of top articles, range presentation, execution of the service offer, local relevance and knowledge on competition in order to maximise growth
- Secure an effective range management process together with your team by securing an efficient & consistent range change process, range efficiency with a high return per m2, solid forecasting & ordering process and consistent sales space management
- Securing a high level of merchandising basics and store in shape as new for the areas you are responsible for, together with your team
- Drive a customer-focused culture throughout and secure an overall inspiring shopping experience
- Secure that the store is meeting the commercial and growth review standards

**Qualification** Your profile**
- You have at least 5 years of experience in Sales
- You have a solid understanding of the easy buying & easy selling process and all aspects of the home-to-home shopping experience.
- You have ambition to make IKEA Jurong one of the most commercial stores in the region
- You have a proven record of strong and successful leadership and skilled in creating a high commercial performance
