**About **the Team** **& Business Line**:
As a core member of our Loan Operations team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.

This is an analytical and multi-faceted role that requires the team member to be able to analyze and maintain a range of complex bank loan security types and lifecycle events in support of NAV adminstration. This role involves servicing a diverse range of hedge and private equity clients pursuing different trading strategies

**Your Role**:

- You will be responsible for the offshore oversight of syndicated and bilateral debt processing of lifecycle activities by our processing team.
- In line with point one, you will ensure accurate processing of daily loan transactions and credit events including, but not limited to, trade settlement, principal pay downs, drawdowns, contract rollovers, rate setting and PIK capitalizations.
- You will be able to review various types of Loan Agreements ensuring all pertinent data of the facility is captured to create loan securities in relevant systems.
- You will manage daily operational workflows and maintain oversight of asset servicing - ensuring completeness and accuracy of position, accrued interest and cash data in loans system & underlying accounting platform
- You will be responsible for offshore oversight of the reconciliations of loan pars, accruals and cash between internal and external systems, investigating and commenting break items and resolving same within pre-agreed timeframes
- You will understand the role of Loan Operations in generating reporting in support of NAV process and actively liaise with various internal departments to meet monthly/quarterly NAV deliverables
- You will act as a senior point of contact for client queries/requests and drive resolution of issues relating to client accounts
- You will work with the function’s global head ensuring there is participation in continuous process improvement projects, KPI reporting and adherence to year on year budget requirements

**About You**:

- You will carry a minimum of 6 years’ experience in a Loan Operations capacity with exposure to bilateral and syndicated debt
- You have experience of a range of debt product types including, but not limited to, syndicated (par & distressed), bilateral, direct lending originations, commercial real estate loans, total return swaps, letters of credit
- You are experienced in maintaining a controlled environment and adhering to standard operation procedures
- You are flexible and comfortable adapting to fluid operational requirements and deliverables
- You have a track record of delivering efficiency gain projects
- You have people management experience. Managing teams of 10+ a distinct advantage
- Experience in a Primary or Special Loan Servicer an advantage
- Project management or process improvement qualifications (Six Sigma/Prince 2) an advantage
- Experience in building teams from the ground up or guiding a team through transition an advantage
