- Implementing and managing new business ventures or processes to increase profitability;

- Performing forecasting and macroeconomic analysis to identify opportunities in specific markets, industries, or geographic regions;
- Reviewing financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy of data and adherence to accounting standards;
- Negotiating contracts with suppliers and clients to secure new business opportunities or terminate existing relationships;
- Evaluating the effectiveness of company policies to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws;
- Maximizing efficiency and minimizing costs by managing employee performance, conducting audits, and developing new strategies;
- Project management and coordination of staff activities such as hiring new employees, approving expense reports, and monitoring budgets.

**Requirements & Qualifications**
- A Diploma or a Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or finance;
- An ACCA, CPA or CIMA or any other accountancy certification, is a bonus;
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in the Accounts department, Finance department or work experiences as an auditor;
- Experience working with an accounting or an audit firm is a bonus;
- An ability to manage multiple projects at the same time;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in English;
- Strong organisational and planning skills with good attention to detail and the ability to problem-solve;
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work;
- Well organised and meticulous in handling documents;
- Team player who can also work independently;
- Positive with a likeable and pleasant personality;
- Good knowledge of accounting practice;
- Experience with bookkeeping practices.

**Job Type**: Freelance

**Salary**: $1,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
