**1. **General Purpose & Scope of the Job Position**

Supporting the CEO Connell-Caldic and the Global Strategy and M&A Director, the Strategy and M&A Manager for APAC is responsible for executing the buy-and-build strategy for the Asia Pacific region. This includes managing and coordinating the acquisition processes across Asia Pacific, sourcing new acquisition targets, and coordinating and managing post integration processes and work streams.

**2. **Key Responsibilities & Deliverables**
- Responsible for execution of buy-and-build strategy focused on Asia Pacific expansion
- Actively manage acquisition processes across Asia Pacific from start to finish both externally as a first point of communication towards sell-side and due diligence advisors, and internally by setting tasks and timelines for the project deal team
- Actively source new acquisition targets across Asia Pacific
- Responsible for coordination of the integration process of acquired companies including corporate re-branding, ERP migration, financial reporting and monitoring of synergy realization, and coordinating across various work streams.
- Support executive management in strategy formulation and roll-out in the organization

**3. **Position Requirements & Key Abilities**
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7-10 years relevant experience in same industry
- Strong understanding of Caldic policies, practices and culture.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Experience in M&A activities
- Experience in strategic planning and execution
