Dough Specialist

At Twist & Buckle, we’re proud to serve up the best churros in Singapore—and we’re looking for a passionate individual to join our team as Dough Specialist (part time/full time)

In this role, you'll be at the heart of our churro experience. Your role is to consistently prepare fresh, high-quality dough daily, ensuring the perfect texture, taste, and consistency that our customers love. You'll work closely with our churros specialists to prepare ingredients and maintain high hygiene standards for daily operations, events, and catering orders.

Job description
- Prepare churro dough from scratch according to established portion standards
- Operate dough mixers and related equipment safely and efficiently
- Monitor dough texture, elasticity, and temperature to ensure quality
- Maintain clean and organised prep area and equipment
- Monitor stock levels of ingredients and notify supervisor for reordering
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
- Support retail, event or catering prep during peak periods
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient operation and a positive working environment.

Qualifications:

- Experience in food and beverage service is preferred but not required
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn new skills, including churro-making techniques
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Singaporeans only
