**Job Overview**:
As a Junior Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing initiatives. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to kickstart their career in marketing. You will work closely with the marketing team to help plan, implement, and measure various marketing activities. Your focus will be on learning, developing your skills, and contributing to real-world projects that shape our brand presence and customer engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Assist in creating and scheduling content for social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) under the guidance of the Senior Marketing team.
- **Market Research**: Conduct basic market research to understand target audience trends, preferences, and competitor activities; summarize findings for the team.
- **Data Entry & Analysis**: Assist with data entry and basic analysis for campaign performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, reach, open rates) to help evaluate success and areas for improvement.
- **Event Coordination Support**: Provide logístical support for both in-person and virtual events, including coordinating materials, managing attendee lists, and following up with participants post-event.
- **Website Maintenance**: Work with the team to update content on the company website using basic CMS tools (e.g., updating blog posts, adding new events).
- **Administrative Support**: Manage simple administrative tasks for the marketing team, such as organizing files, scheduling meetings, and tracking project deadlines.

**Desired Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Local diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- **Skills**: Basic understanding of marketing principles, social media platforms, and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- **Technical Tools**: Experience with design tools like Canva, simple CMS tools, and marketing software (training can be provided).
- **Communication**: Strong written and verbal communication skills; a creative mindset is a plus
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines with accuracy.
- **Enthusiasm to Learn**: Eagerness to learn, grow, and take initiative in a collaborative team setting.
