We have an exciting opportunity for a **Senior Delivery Executive** to join us in Singapore. You will be responsible for delivery for multiple accounts in Singapore leading other Engagement managers and Delivery Executives. This role will report to our Head of Delivery for SEA & HK

**Responsibilities**:

- Delivery accountability for the portfolio. Risk management, issues resolution, delivery status tracking and reporting. Managing Customer satisfaction for the engagements within portfolio
- Delivery-Led sales for the portfolio. Business stakeholder management, CXO relationships building
- Commercial management for the portfolio
- Opportunity / Deal / Contract reviews and approvals for the portfolio
- Team management, people development and succession planning
- Productivity improvements, automation and Industrialization for the portfolio
- Support SEA Head of Delivery in SEA-wise and APAC-wise delivery improvement initiatives such as;
- i) Development and sharing of reusable components, practices, tools across portfolios
- ii) Quality assurance reviews across portfolios, cross-portfolios delivery governance
- iii) Communities of Practice and COEs initiatives etc.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- 15-20 years of Transformation/Program Management experience, must have managed delivery of large-scale complex programs across multiple technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills, should be assertive and able to influence stakeholders at all levels, both on client side and internally
- Strong business acumen and commercial management skills
- Experience of delivering programs in public sector, retail or telco would be a plus
