**We’re Hiring: Account and Admin Assistant (Full-Time)**

Join our team at a well-established toy distributor in Singapore We’re looking for a **meticulous, proactive, and Excel-proficient Account and Admin Assistant**to support our Finance and Operations teams. This role combines accounting support with **inventory control**and **logistics coordination**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with daily accounting tasks including data entry, invoicing, and payment tracking
- Maintain accurate sales records for accounts receivable and monthly reconciliation
- Support inventory control by monitoring stock movement and reconciling inventory records
- Assist in coordinating local logistics arrangements
- Prepare and analyze reports using **Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables)**:

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations across departments

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Accounting, Business, or related field
- 1-2 years of accounting, admin, or operations support experience
- **Strong Excel skills**(VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data analysis required)
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to multitask
- Experience with inventory and logistics processes is an advantage
