**The Job**

The Leasing Manager will be in charge of planning and implementing the tenant mix to optimise occupancy and revenue at our malls. Responsibilities will include the following, but not limited to:

- Prospect for new tenants and work with appointed agents to conduct site viewings and source for suitable tenants in line with desired tenant mix
- Negotiate new leases and renewals, finalise lease agreements and other leasing related documentation
- Conduct competitive market research and monitor market trends to constantly refresh trade mix with exciting concepts
- Strengthen landlord-tenant relationships by liaising with tenants on leasing and tenancy related matters.
- Analyse revenue and relevant data to continuously assess tenancies and tenant mix
- Liaise with Operations team to ensure smooth handovers for incoming and outgoing tenants

**The Must Haves**
- Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Business or any other relevant disciplines
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience in Retail / Commercial Leasing or related field
- Possess good network of tenants and contacts
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented, able to work independently and collaboratively within a team

**Salary**: $6,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

**Experience**:

- Retail / Commercial Leasing or related: 5 years (preferred)
