**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop a deep understanding of sales processes and service offerings.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Engage with clients to understand their hiring needs, ensuring job orders are fulfilled and expectations are met.
- Conduct intelligent research to identify and build a strong pipeline of leads and opportunities.
- Nurture early-stage opportunities to develop a robust future sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate records of lead and prospect activities to ensure effective lead management.
- Assist in creating business proposals, presentations, and materials for opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales.
- Possess a diploma or degree, preferably in business-related fields.
- Outgoing and energetic, you possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with C-level executives on a global scale.
- Ambitious, passionate, and team-oriented, you are driven by an entrepreneurial spirit.
