Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, and Technology teams to define and document business and functional requirements across AML/KYC initiatives.
- Lead requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders for enhancements and transformation of Name Screening, SoW review, Transaction Monitoring, and CLM workflows.
- Support the end-to-end delivery of regulatory change initiatives, including gap analysis, solution design, testing coordination, and go-live activities.
- Analyze existing AML/KYC processes and identify areas for risk mitigation and operational efficiency.
- Create user stories, process flows, and functional specifications, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and internal risk policies.
- Work closely with IT and vendor teams during system design, UAT, and implementation of compliance tools.
- Monitor and track risks/issues and escalate accordingly to ensure on-time project delivery.
- Support internal and external audits, regulatory reviews, and respond to queries related to AML/KYC processes.

**Requirements**:

- Good experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong domain knowledge in AML/KYC, including but not limited to Name Screening, SoW, Transaction Monitoring, and CLM.
- Solid understanding of risk frameworks and regulatory expectations in the financial crime domain.
- Experience with compliance systems/tools (e.g., Actimize, Fenergo, Fircosoft, ComplyAdvantage) is a plus.
- Prior experience working in agile or hybrid project environments.
