**Service Bureau Officer - 1 Year Contract (Renewable) - Singapore**
Location: Central Region of Singapore
**Salary**: $2000 - $3000
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday**:8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Saturday**:8:30 AM - 12:30 PM
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide front-desk support, including attending to customer inquiries and managing appointments.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, scanning, cashiering, word processing, and document printing.
- Assist with basic troubleshooting, housekeeping, and maintenance tasks to address issues promptly and effectively.
- Follow established work practices, operational procedures, and safety standards.
- Gather and consolidate information for reporting purposes.
- Ensure tasks meet quality and accuracy standards.
- Support ad hoc administrative duties assigned by supervisors or management.
**Requirements**:
- GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in a second language, such as Mandarin, to liaise with diverse customers.
- At least 1 year of experience in administrative roles with customer service responsibilities.
This is a 1 year contract to start, renewable.
