As part of the Publisher Growth Team, you will be responsible to engage with app developers by introducing our service to support publisher's app monetization. You need to have an interest in the ads ecosystem, determination to solve industry problems, and scale solutions.

**What You'll Do**:

- Responsible for business development and growth in the area of revenue
- Develop a strong understanding of the app industry to provide solutions for app developers.
- Understand and comply with GCPP (Google Certified Publishing Partner) program policy and objectives.
- Provide consultation to publishers
- Build partnerships with media owners and app developers

**Who You Are**:

- 2 years of experience in sales & marketing
- Familiar with the advertising industry and technologies with ad sales experience is a plus
- Experience in the app industry and an understanding of key trends and business challenges is highly preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
