Coordinate with Engineering and Production Departments on the timely issue of the AFC drawings and steel material substitution to ensure progress of shop fabrication drawings
- Ensure timely issue of material summary sheet and shop fabrication drawings/ NC parts
- Monitor and highlight on any critical issues in relation to the progress of the job
- Highlight any foreseeable shortfall on the Projects steel materials and monitoring/ track material usage and control
- Assist the Assistant Manager (Cutting Plan) on the daily operation in the section
- Review work processes to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Provide guidance and training to the draftsmen
- Liaise with Engineering and Production departments and KFOH on technical problems with cutting plan/ NC format/ material substitution to find means to resolve them
- Take immediate action when receive any new drawing revisions/ PCM
- Check shop drawing to ensure no errors and monitor the material usage to reduce wastage
- Responsible as Project Leader and ensure project runs efficiently and productively
- Responsible for panel breakdown and assist in block breakdown
- Responsible to track and ensure 3D model freeze data
- Perform works that are align to the QAP/ SOP/ KPI
- Ensure shop drawings KPI are meet

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma / Degree in Engineering
- At least 1 years of relevant working experience, preferably in marine/ offshore industry
- Knowledge and experience of his engineering field
- Able to read and understand engineering drawings
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess supervisory skill to coach and motivate staff
- Able to work in a team
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Detailed and meticulous - Knowledge of AutoCAD
