**Role**:
This is a full-time, onsite, **ICT Trainer**Role in MOE Primary School. If you are selected,

You will work closely with the HOD / ICT and ICT Manager in MOE School, AM, SPL (nearest **MRT**:

- Woodlands, Admiralty) in the day-to-day activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- To design and plan developmentally appropriate ICT training programmes.
- To work with the teacher in-charge to motivate students and equip them with ICT skills for project work.
- To develop students’ passion in ICT activities.
- Provide basic ICT hardware/software assistance to teachers, school staff and students.
- Provide support for School Learning Space portal training for students and teachers
- Assist in multimedia projects assigned by the school
- Assist photography/videography for school events
- Provide support for other duties assigned by the HOD ICT & ICT Manager/Associate
- Assist in the school's ICT equipment inventory and stock-taking.
- Conduct IT-based training to staff
- Explore new technology (software and hardware) and share with ICT support team and staff.

**Job Requirements**:
Qualification
- Preferably instructor with diploma any discipline

Experience & Skills
- Shall have at least 2 years of ICT training experience.
- Proficient in Photography, Audio & Video Editing, MS Office and Adobe Software
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good team player with a high level of initiative
- Personnel must be registered with the Ministry of Education and must remain registered throughout the contract period.
- Able to plan, develop resources and conduct trainings to staff

**Summary**:
**Contract Period**:20 March 2025 to 19 March 2026

**Working Hours**:

- Mondays to Fridays: 8:00am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays unless requested by the school.
