**About the role**
As the **Operations Director**at **SBM Management Services Pte Ltd**, you will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing the company's operations. This full-time position is based Singapore, and will involve driving strategic initiatives, ensuring operational excellence, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.
**What you'll be doing**
- Developing and implementing comprehensive operational strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations, including resource allocation, process optimization, and quality control
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational challenges, implementing solutions to improve performance
- Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators, making data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement
- Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment, leading and mentoring a team of skilled professionals
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and industry standards
- Representing the company and engaging with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory authorities
**What we're looking for**
- 8+ years of experience in a senior operations management role, preferably within a similar industry
- Proven track record of successfully leading and optimizing complex operations, with a strong focus on efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and implement practical solutions
- Proficient in financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation to drive operational excellence
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Thorough understanding of relevant regulations, industry standards, and best practices
