**I. Job Responsibilities**
- **Project Management**: Take charge of the planning, execution, and monitoring of the entire project to ensure that the project progresses as scheduled and achieves the expected goals.
- **Develop New Requirements**: Thoroughly understand business needs, collaborate with relevant departments, and develop new requirements and solutions that meet business development.
- **Data Processing**: Conduct data extraction and maintenance work, covering data preparation, patching, updating, and migration to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data.
- **System Maintenance and Optimization**: Perform daily system maintenance, promptly troubleshoot problems and resolve defects. At the same time, implement system improvement measures and upgrade the OpenText Portfolio and Project Management (PPM) version.
- **Operation Support**: Provide technical support for the stable operation of the system and respond promptly to and resolve problems that occur during operation.
- **Test Management**: Prepare and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), handle the results of penetration testing and vulnerability assessment scans to ensure system quality and security.
- **Analysis and Documentation Management**: Analyze system operation data and business requirements, generate professional suggestions, and maintain relevant documentation records.

**II. Qualification Requirements**
- **Experience Requirement**: Have at least 3 years of practical experience in OpenText Portfolio and Project Management (PPM). Those with more than 5 years of experience are preferred.
- **Technical Capabilities**:

- Be proficient in configuring the OpenText PPM system, and be familiar with the configuration operations of custom portlets, dashboards, and custom workflows.
- Have knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) and Java Server Pages (JSP).
- Be able to independently execute OpenText PPM version upgrades and migrations.
- Master the skills of web server configuration and Windows batch script writing, and have experience in integrating record and document management systems.

Pay: $5,100.00 - $5,300.00 per month
