**The Job**:
- Sourcing for best possible vendors/contractors to fulfill requesting dept enquiry mainly for Changi.
- Negotiate with vendors/contractor on lowest possible pricing.
- Coordinate on delivery of purchase for all departments.
- Daily Franking of outgoing mails & collate mails for courier.
- Report for Franking of outgoing mails and top up credits for franking machine.
- Monthly franking of SOAs.
- Collection & verification of Singtel phone bills for cost allocation
- Update of NSRCC Telephone Directory.
- Compilation of Golfing & Bungalow telephone measurement reports.
- Maintain records on projectors & other equipment movement in Board Room.
- Record and verify the copiers meters reading before billing
- Manage stationery inventory for the club and control the issuance of stationery for all dept.
- Liaise with courier firms for urgent mails dispatch/collection of document.
- Tagging of all fixed assets at both NSRCC & KSGC per audit requirement
- Checking & verification of budget code (GL) account with Finance department when PR form is submitted.
- Support Finance Division in bi-annually asset audit.
- Support Finance department to coordinate with respective department to submit late/missing invoices.
- Assist in duty cover for staff during their absence.
- Assume ad hoc projects as assigned from time to time by superior if any.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in Business Studies/Administration or equivalent.
- At Least 1 year of experience in similar capacity (with an emphasis on good administrative skills, particularly on documentation.
- Ability to work independently.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
**Additional Information**:
- 3-day work week (Mon, Wed, Fri)
- Working hours: 8:00 am to 5:15 pm OR 8:30 am to 5:45 pm
- Staff transport provided at Tanah Merah MRT station.
