**Job Scope - Thai Chef (Full-Time Position)**:

- Location: Thong Thai Bistro _

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a wide range of Thai dishes with a focus on seafood, maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Ensure that all dishes are made from scratch using fresh, high-quality ingredients and in accordance with traditional Thai flavors and cooking methods.
- Collaborate with the head chef and management to develop seasonal menus, daily specials, and new recipes that reflect the soul of Southern Thai cuisine.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment in line with food safety standards and hygiene regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and work with the procurement team to ensure ingredients are stocked appropriately.
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff to uphold consistency and efficiency in food preparation.
- Manage time effectively in a high-pressure environment, particularly during peak hours, while staying calm and focused.
- Interact positively with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth kitchen-to-table service and respond constructively to customer feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Thai Chef or strong background in Thai cuisine (minimum 3 years).
- Excellent knowledge of Thai ingredients, herbs, spices, and cooking styles.
- Creative and enthusiastic, with a love for experimenting with flavors while respecting authenticity.
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to quality and consistency.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be team-oriented, respectful, and friendly — good people skills are essential.
