**Requirements**: Diploma / Degree in Electrical engineering Minimum 10 years working experience in construction industry especially Greenfield project including 4 years in Project Manager position Strong decision-making skills and results-focused A self-starter with the ability to work independently, as well as in a team. Should be highly motivated and able to work under tight schedule. Proven track record in delivering Design & Build Project is preferredResponsibilities: Project management, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects. Assemble, coordinate project staff and provide direction and support to project team. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel. Manage project resource allocation. Plan and schedule project timelines. Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to senior management Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project output. Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team. Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas. Report timely to senior management on issues encountered and propose solution Coach,mentor,motivate and supervise project team members and contractors and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work. Any other ad hoc duties assigned
