**About the role**:
Reporting to Production Supervisor, you'll be responsible to manufacture quality products that meet and exceed the expectations of our customers. Production Technicians are responsible for executing the processing operations that support the needs of the business. Production Technicians also perform duties associated with operating, monitoring, connecting, cleaning and troubleshooting the drying equipment.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Accountable for personal safety of self and safety of others.
- Monitor and execute proper functions of the process equipment including Mixing equipment, Filling machines, end of line equipment and operations support.
- Operate the processing computer control system, including trouble shooting issues and monitoring while in operations.
- Adhere strictly to all GMP requirements to ensure proper manufacturing environment.
- Actively participate in the resolution of downtime issues.
- Assist in the creation of SOP's, checklist, and work instructions whenever required.
- Perform all secondary duties associated with the manufacturing operations (including maintaining of log-sheets and batch records)
- Perform all required cleaning as instructed (including making proper sanitary connections for all forms of cleaning).
- Perform product testing as defined in SOP and maintaining records with GDP compliance.
- Perform all assigned maintenance and cleaning activities of manufacturing equipment whenever required.
- Execute proper disassembly and assembly of various machineries in the production areas.
- Complete all necessary transactions, reports and documentation with accuracy and timeliness.
- Always maintain a clean and sanitary working environment.
- Demonstrate capability to use independent judgment and work well within a team environment.
- Adhere strictly to the Reckitt's Code of Conduct.

**The experience we're looking for**:

- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
- Previous experience in food, pharmaceutical or nutrition-related business and training preferred.
